- To the prices indicated there will be added a tourist tax of €3.40 per person (aged 14 years and over) and day.

General terms and conditions
Check in / check out
Check in from 2 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m. please give us a call. Check out until 11 a.m.
Meals
There is no refund for meals not consumed.
Bathrobe
Comfortable bathrobes and slippers are available free of charge.
Wireless Zone
You will find free internet connection throughout the hotel.
Garage
Car parking space in the garage €10.00 per day.
Dogs
Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome at our hotel, where they can enjoy a well-deserved holiday with you. We charge a supplement of €30,00 per day for small and medium-sized dogs (excluding food).
To help your dog feel at home right from the start, we provide a blanket, bowls, and a small welcome kit. There is also a convenient dog station in the hotel.
Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining area or the garden. However, your loyal companion is very welcome to join you in all other areas, such as our cosy Alpin Lounge or the rooftop terrace.

The different offers cannot be combined. However, the cheapest offer always applies to you.

A deposit of 30% of your entire stay through credit card or bank transfer is inquired to confirm your booking.

Cancellation
In event of cancellation these are the conditions:
- for a cancellation until 1 month before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded
- for a cancellation made between 30 and 21 days before the arrival date, you will be charged of 50% of the total amount
- for a cancellation made in the last 21 days before arrival date, you will be charged for the entire amount of reservation

Trip cancellation insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
